How to Apply

What Happens After I have Applied?
Once you have applied, you will receive your Welcome pack containing a wages mandate. You will need to pay your account opening fee by contacting Extra Direct to activate your account, and set up any salary payments or standing orders.
In a few days you will receive your Extra Direct Prepaid MasterCard card and PIN separately, along with your Online Account Management password. Contact Extra Direct for a second time so they can activate your card and online access.
